The Ross Family arrived in Los Angeles in 1904. Over the past 110 years, our family has bought, sold and invested in nearly every class of real estate, including industrial, commercial retail, affordable housing, raw land for development and luxury residential properties – for our family AND for our clients.
From our early roots in Downtown L.A., our family has established more than a century-long presence across the Westside of Los Angeles, in Beverly Hills, Westwood, Brentwood, Santa Monica, the Pacific Palisades and Malibu.
1964 marked our initial family investment in Malibu, CA., the beginning of over fifty years of strategic purchases in what have become the most desirable and highest value luxury residential locations in the Malibu real estate market: the Point Dume Riviera, Carbon Beach (known today as “Billionaire’s Beach”), La Costa Beach, and the Sea Vista Bluff.
Our family approach to real estate in Malibu has not been limited to residential; however, as investments have been made in commercial retail buildings along Pacific Coast Highway and raw beachfront land for future development.
Today, we continue to utilize value-add investment strategies and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, strategically hold property on the Point Dume Riviera, the hills above Escondido Beach, Brentwood’s Mandeville Canyon, and remain the only Real Estate Agents who own a beachfront home on Carbon Beach.
