Dan has successfully represented Malibu homeowners, buyers and sellers for more than 30 years. As an attorney, he drafted real estate deals, shepherded them through escrow, untangled title issues, and obtained permits from the California Coastal Commission and the City of Malibu.
Licensed as a Real Estate Broker and Realtor for more than 15 years. Dan has devoted himself exclusively to making deals for clients since 2003, first as a broker/associate at Malibu’s largest brokerage and currently as Broker of Record for ROSS BROTHERS Real Estate Brokerage.
Dan is a trained mediator, and utilizes his communication skills in negotiating deals for his clients. In the past year, he has closed deals for multi-million dollars beachfront properties on Carbon Beach and Malibu Road, as well as in the Malibu Park and Winding Way neighborhoods.
Devoted to the Malibu community, Dan has served as President of the Malibu Association of Realtors, the Santa Monica-Malibu Board of Education and the Malibu Jewish Center & Synagogue. He has coached Little League and Pony Baseball, and is a volunteer ski instructor at Disabled Sports Eastern Sierra at Mammoth Mountain.
Dan is a graduate of Swarthmore College and the University of San Francisco School of Law.
