Some of Dash's notable transactions include a multi-family development project on Rose Avenue in Venice, over 10M worth of sales on Winding Way/Ramirez Canyon in Malibu, and the highest sale per brand-new apartment unit ever in North Hollywood.
Dash is a managing partner of a successful multi-family housing development corporation with numerous ground-up investment projects across Los Angeles County. Under Dash's management, the development corporation has realized an internal rate of return exceeding 60%.
An interdisciplinary studies major at University of California Berkeley, Dash completed upper division courses in the Haas Business School, Boalt Law School and the Sociology Department. Dash utilized his studies to develop a framework through which to understand the interaction of markets and consumers through business, legal and sociological lenses.
An avid fisherman, diver, surfer and skier, Dash also frequents California’s Eastern Sierra. Dash spent the 2013-2014 winter season in Mammoth Lakes, working as professional ski boot fitter with Olympic ski racers and freestyle riders to develop high performance boots for athletes to use at the 2014 Sochi Olympic Games.
